Lochab service station located at jhajjar chungi , rohtak. I have purchased activa from this location only because this is near to me . I have booked a slot for service for 14.4.26 and they confirmed for the same. Today, when i visited , they denied tor the same and asked me to visit the other location which is quite far from my location. . Two persons came after me and they took their vehicle for service and denied for me .

Scorpio s11 service experience

Very Poor Service Experience – Lohchab Motors, Bahadurgarh My experience with Lohchab Motors, Bahadurgarh has been extremely disappointing. I brought my S11 for service on 18 August. I was initially told that the service could not be done that day. I agreed to leave the vehicle there and specifically requested them to complete it on time the next morning. On 19 August, I finally received the vehicle only by evening, and even then the vehicle was not washed. I was told, “Sir, you can come any day for washing.” On 21 August, I called and clearly informed them that I would bring the vehicle for washing. I was told to come between 9:00–9:30 AM. Today, 22 August, I spoke to them in the morning and was specifically told to come. I reached at 9:15 AM, but even after waiting until 12:00 PM, the washing had still not been done. This is not just about a car wash. It is about poor coordination, lack of commitment, wasting a customer's time, and extremely poor customer service. After following their instructions and reaching on time, making a customer wait for hours for a basic promised service is completely unacceptable. I expected much better service and professionalism from an authorised dealership. Management seriously needs to look into how customers are being handled at Lohchab Motors, Bahadurgarh. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
